Schedule: Full-time / Part-time | Morning, Swing, Overnight Shifts

Overview:

The Line Cook will work primarily on the griddle and fry stations, executing menu items with precision, consistency, and speed. This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. We're looking for cooks who take pride in clean execution and smooth communication on the line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cook and plate items from griddle and fryer stations with attention to spec and timing
  • Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service
  • Communicate clearly with expo and other cooks during service
  • Refill station prep and rotate product during shift
  • Assist in opening and closing kitchen duties
  • Follow all health and safety standards, including proper oil management and fryer upkeep
  • Qualifications:
  • 12 years line experience in a fastpaced kitchen preferred
  • Must be confident on griddle and/or fryer
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
