The AM Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food for breakfast, lunch, and daily club service. This position ensures all food is prepared according to established recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and club standards.
  • Set up and stock the kitchen line before service.
  • Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and food quality.
  • Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures.
