Position: Server – Private Country Club
Location: The Country Club at Woodmore.

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in an elegant, hospitality-driven setting? We’re seeking attentive, professional, and personable servers to join our Food & Beverage team at Woodmore, a premier private country club known for our high standards and member-focused culture.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide warm, personalized service to members and guests in our dining rooms, patio, and event spaces.
  • Anticipate needs and exceed expectations with grace, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely, accurate service.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to maintain a seamless dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness in your work area.
  • Follow all health, safety, and club standards and protocols.
  • Support a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and pride in our club.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
  • A genuine desire to serve others and create memorable experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and work well in a team.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy.
