As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital in Wexford, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. You may assist with sensitive situations, including supporting staff during patient restraints and working near morgue areas. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directions, and access-control procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and suspicious activity to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Be able to restrain individuals.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
