Moonlight jobs refer to secondary employment that a person takes on in addition to their primary job, usually outside of regular working hours. This is often done to earn extra income, gain new skills, or pursue a passion. People who moonlight might work evenings or weekends in a variety of roles, such as freelancing, part-time positions, or gig work. However, it's important to ensure that moonlighting does not conflict with your primary job's policies or impact your performance.

What are some common challenges faced by moonlighters?

Moonlighting professionals often face challenges related to managing their time effectively, balancing responsibilities between multiple employers, and maintaining clear boundaries to avoid conflicts of interest. It's important to communicate transparently with both employers about your commitments and to be mindful of company policies regarding outside work.
