LANE IV, 10-month position
Benefits:
  • 10 Month Contract- 215 days
  • Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00PM, some evengings/special events as needed.
  • Start Date: August 10, 2026
  • Pay $20.20 to $24.12 per hour (AFSCME Union Contract)
  • Health Insurance cost = $769 - $1092 per month
  • Dental = $34.84 to 117.40
  • Vision = $5.21 to $15.32

General Function:
  • Assist in the registration of students in school, community education activities, and other activities.
  • Answer incoming and outgoing phone calls within the school district.
  • Maintain student attendance and report attendance issues.
  • Assist with lunch applications.
  • Assist police liaison and youth worker.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Normal office conditions.

EQUIPMENT OPERATION:
  • General office equipment such as: computer, phone, calculator, copier, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred
  • Knowledge of general office skills. Must possess organizational, spelling and grammar skills necessary. Ability to maintain confidentiality, work with efficiency and accuracy. Ability to carry out written and oral instructions.
  • High school graduate or equivalent with courses in computer, typing, and office skills. Experience and/ or training in related areas.
