Job description

Summary

Open position for Substitute TA in the Bright Beginnings program.ย  Applicant must be available to work between hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.ย  Position would be as needed.

Qualification

  • High School diploma required
  • Prefer applicant to have CDA or Associates in Early Childhood
  • Must have a clear BCSC criminal background check
  • Applicant must be willing to have TB testing, drug screening, digital fingerprinting, and submit a health physical upon employment
  • Applicant must agree to attend CPR/First Aid training

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS, WORK HAZARDS:

  • Position may require lifting 40 lbs
  • Requires standing possibly 90% of hours worked
  • Moving between sitting and standing frequently while playing with the children


Terms of Employment:
Less than 12 month, temporary assignment
5.9 Hours per day
