Job description

Sparks Group has partnered with a leading technology and identity verification provider to hire Fingerprint Technicians (Live Scan Operators) for a two-month-long, high-impact project. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. No fingerprinting experience is required! Comprehensive onsite training will be provided before the project begins.

$23.00 per hour

What You'll Do:
  • Welcome and check in applicants arriving for fingerprinting appointments.
  • Verify government-issued identification and required documentation.
  • Capture electronic fingerprints using Live Scan equipment.
  • Assist with applicant flow and basic queue management.
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service throughout the appointment process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while processing applicant information.
  • Follow all security and quality procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with computers and electronic equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift.
  • Must successfully pass a background check. (Fingerprint scan will be done on site prior to training)
  • Must be available to work the entire project.

Schedule:
  • Monday through Saturday (Sundays off) 1:00 PM - 7:30 PM or Monday through Saturday 6:45 AM - 1:15 PM
  • Must be available for the duration of the two-month-long assignment.
  • No overtime anticipated.

Training:
  • Paid onsite training provided prior to project launch.
  • No previous Live Scan or fingerprinting experience necessary.
