JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking outgoing, fun loving individuals to provide a unique, quirky guest experience. Job includes interacting with guests at all parts of a visit to the store. Director of First Impressions works the register and greets all guests with warmth and enthusiasm. Prize Guru helps guests to select their prizes from their arcade ticket winnings. Cemetery Animator onboards guests onto the golf course, explains the rules and procedures, and ensures proper spacing between groups. Master of Entertainment patrols the golf course playing games, making announcements, watching pacing, and keeping groups entertained. Kitchen workers to prepare quick serve, snack bar style selections and prepare birthday party food selections. Memory Makers (party host) to handle the execution of a top notch birthday party experience. Lasertag attendant to explain the game and rules and patrol the arena to make sure guests are playing safely. Our guests are the lifeblood of Monster and we are looking for people who truly enjoy giving an unexpected and over the top experience.
