Job Description:
Job Summary
Responsibilities include leading the global TME/AE team for products development and validation; Work with marketing team for direct customer engagements, establish production roadmap and definition, and business strategy; coordinate with internal backend team and field team for customer support.
Essential Functions
  • Lead TMEs/AE team for technical support of customer's design projects.
  • Direct customer engagement, build mutual trust and form strategic partnerships with key customers.
  • Co-work with marketing team for business strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team from start (definition) to end (release) for product development.

Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in power electronics for DC/DC power conversion topologies, control theories, debug technics.
  • Deep understanding of CPU/GPU system power architecture.
  • Strong problem solving capabilities.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and strong leadership.
  • Previous experience in a system or analog/mixed signal IC company desired
  • MSEE or higher required

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $155,000 - $205,000.
