Graham Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist to support global public health monitoring and evaluation initiatives for a federal client. This role combines hands-on monitoring and evaluation expertise with project leadership and coordination responsibilities.The ideal candidate brings experience in public health program monitoring and evaluation, global health security, data analysis and visualization, and federal program support.
