These skills ensure timely detection and resolution of issues, safeguarding assets and maintaining operational security.

What is a monitoring agent?

Monitoring Agents are professionals responsible for observing, tracking, and reporting on specific activities, systems, or environments to ensure compliance, security, or optimal performance. They often work in sectors like security, IT, environmental management, and customer service.
