You will work directly with Product Managers and revenue leaders to build and scale AI-powered products across Lofty's real estate platform. From day one, you will operate like a junior PM owning problems, shipping solutions, and using AI to dramatically increase your speed and output.

What You'll Do

  • Own real product problems across acquisition, activation, and monetization-not shadow, but build
  • Use AI daily to generate insights, write product specs, analyze data, and prototype solutions
  • Run experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue across the funnel
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and engineering to ship features and measure impact
  • Turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions with speed and rigor

What You'll Gain
