As a key player on the third shift, you'll be responsible for safely loading and unloading tires and related materials, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy. PAY IS COMMISSION BASED, meaning you get paid per trailer you complete per day. The work you do is appreciated and compensated for here :)

  • Earn up to $200 a day, or $1000 a week commission after you have completed your first week of training.
  • Trailers range from $40-$100/truck, truck payout is determined by the weight of the load.
  • Average lumpers make $700-$1,000 a week. The amount of work you put in determines your paycheck.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of load & unload operations while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
