Job description

Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

-Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings and common areas

-Maintenance Technicians will ensure all service requests and work orders are performed properly and promptly

-Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in the apartment homes, building exteriors and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC and appliances

Apartment Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

-Own set of tools

-3 to 6 months apartment/residential maintenance experience

-HVAC and CPO certifications not required but a plus
