To thrive as a Monday Through Friday Nurse, you need a solid background in nursing practice, patient care, and clinical assessment, supported by an active RN or LPN/LVN license. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, basic medical equipment, and scheduling or care coordination software is typically required. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently make someone stand out in this role.
