Job description

Full-Time Receptionist

The Lodge at Mills River is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our fantastic team of caregivers. This position is from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday, and is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff, contributing to the success of our organization through setting the gold standard. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • First point of contact for our residents, visitors, and staff
  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and vendors
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Assist with light administrative duties
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks, as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
