Most roles involve on-site work at various locations throughout the week, either independently or as part of a team, depending on the project's scope. You may also occasionally be required to participate in meetings, training sessions, or respond to urgent service calls within the Monday to Friday window.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble mechanical parts and sub-assemblies according to drawings, work instructions, and verbal direction
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments (tape measure, calipers, squares)
  • Read and follow blueprints, assembly diagrams, and shop travelers (we'll teach you how)

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
No experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training. What you bring is attitude and effort — we'll teach you the rest.

  • Overtime opportunities available
  • No weekends typically required
