The Warehouse General Laborer plays a crucial role in the distribution center by efficiently sorting, loading, and moving materials such as pallets, boxes, and plastic bins. This position requires meeting production targets while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The role demands physical stamina, attention to quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment.


Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM

Responsibilities

  • Hand stack materials following instructions and company guidelines
  • Load and unload materials manually
  • Move pallets and crates throughout the storage facility
  • Verify that loads are secure before transport
  • Examine products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
  • Wear required personal protective equipment such as eye and ear protection and safety shoes
  • Adapt to extreme work conditions including heat, cold, and airborne particulates
  • Lifting and carrying weights of up to 50-75 pounds with proper body mechanics
