You'll work closely with Real Estate, Finance, Licensing, Operations, Construction, and Creative, as well as architects, developers, engineers, and municipal agencies to ensure projects progress efficiently through design, permitting, and pre-construction.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in project coordination, commercial construction, architecture, permitting, or real estate development who enjoys managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
  • Support development projects from lease execution through construction handoff.
  • Coordinate project kickoff meetings and establish key project milestones.
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively monitor timelines throughout the pre-construction process.
  • Identify potential schedule risks and work with project stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Track project status, updates, and reporting using Monday.com.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and information across internal systems.

Design, Permitting & Development Support
  • Coordinate prototype updates, design directives, signage packages, and branding requirements.
  • Assist with the review of architectural drawings, construction documents, and project plans.
  • Track permitting, zoning, entitlement, and municipal approval activities.
  • Coordinate with architects, developers, consultants, landlords, and local agencies to facilitate timely approvals.
  • Monitor project milestones and communicate delays or obstacles to project stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Maintain project templates, process guides, presentations, and workflow documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Pre-Construction team.
  • Ensure project documentation aligns with company standards and brand requirements.
  • Assist with creating and updating customer-facing materials and presentations as needed.

Qualifications
Required

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting multi-site commercial development or franchise expansion projects.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
