This role operates at the intersection of store execution and regional visual direction, partnering closely with the Store Director while maintaining alignment with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.
As a hands-on leader, this role plays a critical part in translating global visual direction into in-store execution, supporting the client experience while driving business results.

  • Provide day-to-day guidance to store teams on product presentation and visual standards.

  • Support training and onboarding of team members on visual merchandising execution.

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across sales, operations, and leadership.

Commercial & Client Experience Impact
  • Align visual merchandising with business priorities, product focus, and sell-through opportunities.

  • Support key business moments, peak periods, and client activations through strong visual execution.

  • Optimize product flow, density, and zoning to balance storytelling and commercial performance.

Regional Alignment & Collaboration
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.

  • Execute regional direction while providing feedback from the store level.

  • Support seasonal resets, visual initiatives, and special projects as needed.

Operational Execution
  • Perform floor moves, installations, and visual updates in alignment with business needs.

  • Ensure proper handling, organization, and maintenance of visual tools and materials.

  • Follow all safety and operational procedures during installations and floor changes.

  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment through open communication and partnership

  • Uphold company policies and procedures, acting as a role model in conduct and performance

  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and client service

  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support store and company objectives

Qualifications
Work Experience
  • 3-5+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail.

  • Strong hands-on experience executing visual merchandising in a store environment.

  • Experience supporting high-volume or flagship locations is a plus.

Core Skills and Attributes

  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
