  • Title: Maintenance Supervisor
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay: $23–$25/hr (Based on Experience)
  • Extras: Quarterly bonuses + on-call pay ????

  • Respond to and complete maintenance work orders ???? 
  • Turn/make-ready apartments between residents ????

  • Share on-call duties with the team (rotating) ???? 

What You’ll Need:
 
  • 1+ year of general maintenance experience
  • EPA Certification REQUIRED
  • Strong skills in drywall, painting, basic carpentry
  • Plumbing experience (sweating copper pipes a plus!)
  • Electrical know-how (switches, outlets, lighting)
  • Appliance repair knowledge (fridges, stoves, dishwashers)
