Our exclusive Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities, which sets us apart from the competition. Eligibility requires successfully managing a Domino's Pizza store for at least one year.
Compensation
Our Assistant Managers are paid an hourly rate between $14 and $18.00
Job Description
Successful applicants must possess the following:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S employment authorization.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Preferred restaurant experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks
• Possesses motivational skills and enthusiasm.simultaneously.
Key Skills:
• Demonstrates a friendly demeanor.
• Organized and efficient in time management.
• Works well with others and is able to work well under the stress of a high-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions
AM's are at all different levels, at the minimum these are the requirements:
• Possessing the ability to train and develop a team.
• Making sure employees on their shift come to their schedules, placing store food orders/maintaining inventory.
• Ensuring exceptional product quality above all.
• Responding promptly to customer concerns.
• Maintaining the proper image of all store employees.
• Adhering to all Team Sharma Domino's Policies, included but not limited to the Team Sharma App usage 100%.
• Ensuring all store calls must be answered after the first ring.
Qualifications
Standing and Walking:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Delivery personnel must travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer's location.
Lifting and Carrying:
• Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Carrying bulk items, such as pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds, and trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray, three at a time).
• Cases are lifted from the floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
Bending and Reaching:
• Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
• Reaching is performed continuously (up, down, and forward). Occasional reaching above 72" to turn on/off oven controls or lift/lower objects is required.
• Occasionally crouch or squat to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Other Activities:
Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for maintenance. Pushing and pulling trays on dollies requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds.
Equipment Used:
Team members may utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
