What You’ll Do

  • Set up, start, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and tooling.
  • Perform quick mold changeovers and ensure efficient production flow.
  • Operate/monitor presses and observe part quality per production standards.
  • Support and train operators on correct machine setup and safe operation.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve uptime and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in injection molding setup/startup.
  • Knowledge of plastic resins, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work safely.
