Molded fiber jobs involve the manufacturing and shaping of products made from recycled paper or natural fibers. Workers in this field typically operate machinery that molds wet pulp into packaging, trays, or containers, which are then dried and finished for use. These products are often used as eco-friendly alternatives to plastic packaging. Molded fiber jobs can include machine operators, production technicians, quality inspectors, and maintenance staff. The work environment is usually industrial, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.
