Industrial Maintenance Mold Setter / Installer
  • Mechanical Skills to Install Molds Required
  • Familiar with all Facets of Molding Machines and Auxiliary Equipment
  • Utilize Mold Set-up Sheet and Molding Process Specifications
  • Follow Process, Work Instructions, Manufacturing Procedures and Job Instruction Sheets
  • Clean Molds
  • Prepare Condition reports
  • Adjust Molding Machines and Auxiliary Equipment
  • Submit New Parts to QA Department and Engineering.
  • Train New Mold Setters and Material Handlers
  • Use Ruger for Lifting up to 100 lbs

Requirements:
  • Industrial Mechanical Experience
  • Math skills including common concepts such as fractions, percentages, etc.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision,
