Schedule: 5:00 PM โ€“ 5:00 AM (subject to change)
Training: Must train on 1st shift for at least 30 days
Location: Salisbury, NC
Shift: Mondayโ€“Friday + occasional Saturday

The position of Mold Supervisor is responsible for maintaining that employees stay focused with all tasks at handโ€ฆ Direct the efforts of personnel in meeting production requirements and maintaining customer satisfaction, quality, and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and train Mold Department employees
  • Ensure all team members follow work instructions, control plans, and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Troubleshoot production issues and make equipment adjustments to prevent nonconforming product
  • Ensure proper materials are used in correct order
  • Conduct handson safety training for new employees
  • Inspect product according to quality standards
  • Support ISO 9001 and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Enforce PPE, lockout/tagout, forklift safety, and all OSHAaligned policies
  • Complete assigned tasks, work orders, and documentation accurately

Required Qualifications
  • Manufacturing experience (required)

  • Strong math and measurement skills
  • Ability to read and use measuring tools (tape measure, gauges, etc.)
