The position of Mold Supervisor is responsible for maintaining that employees stay focused with all tasks at handโฆ Direct the efforts of personnel in meeting production requirements and maintaining customer satisfaction, quality, and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and train Mold Department employees
Ensure all team members follow work instructions, control plans, and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Troubleshoot production issues and make equipment adjustments to prevent nonconforming product
Ensure proper materials are used in correct order
Conduct handson safety training for new employees
Inspect product according to quality standards
Support ISO 9001 and continuous improvement initiatives
Enforce PPE, lockout/tagout, forklift safety, and all OSHAaligned policies
Complete assigned tasks, work orders, and documentation accurately
Required Qualifications
Manufacturing experience (required)
Forklift experience (required)
Machine operation experience (required)
Strong math and measurement skills
Ability to read and use measuring tools (tape measure, gauges, etc.)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work overtime when needed
Computer literacy
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable attendance and ability to work safely
