Position Summary:

Join B. Braun as a Mold Shop Machinist and play a key role in manufacturing, modifying, and repairing critical tooling, fixtures, machine components, and assembly equipment used across our production operations.

In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to fabricate precision components that support automation, extrusion, and injection molding processes used to produce life-changing healthcare products.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Manufacture machine components, tooling, fixtures, and jigs for production equipmentPerform machining, layout, construction, modification, and repair of assembly equipmentSupport engineering and production initiatives through precision fabrication and troubleshootingMaintain high standards of workmanship while minimizing production downtimeDocument work activities and support continuous improvement effortsDevelop expertise in machining processes, equipment, and shop operationsCollaborate with team members to meet production and project goals
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in machining and manufacturing
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site
  • Ability to work non-standard schedules when needed
