Summary

Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (or equivalent, as determined by the Medical Executive Committee, from time to time) with certificates of special qualification in hematology and/or medical oncology.For hematology, an internist with additional approved training, who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant diseases of the blood, spleen and lymph glands. This specialist uses chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted biologic therapies to treat conditions that include leukemia, lymphoma, and plasma cell neoplasms.For medical oncology, an internist with additional approved training, who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of multiple types of cancer of the solid organs. This specialist uses chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted biologic therapies to treat conditions that include cancers of multiple organ systems.Practices medicine within the scope of authority and privileges granted by Moffitt Cancer Center.As a Member of the Moffitt Medical Group, provides patient care and serves as a member of the academic medical enterprise.Spanning the clinical and research enterprise in support of patient care, research, and education, advances the Institutional mission of contributing to the prevention and cure of cancer. Salary Range

$370,344.00 - $459,363.84

Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
