We are currently seeking a Process Engineer to support and strengthen technical capability, problem-solving, and performance across plant operations.In this role, the Process Engineer is responsible for building and delivering technical training and leading problem-solving activities within the business units to eliminate process losses, establish standards, and drive continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the plant team, the Process Engineer will:Leadership & Daily ManagementServe as backup to the Line Leader and lead Daily Direction Setting (DDS) when the Line Leader is unavailableParticipate in DDS by reporting results, flagging issues, and requesting resourcesOwn critical Daily Management Systems (DMS)Deliver on SQCDMN daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly objectivesProcess Improvement & ReliabilityIdentify, prioritize, and eliminate process lossesLead discussions on losses and monthly Top 3 Plans during DDSUse Reliability Engineering tools to drive centerlining and loss eliminationEliminate or reduce prioritized losses through process or work system changesDesign, implement, and maintain systems to collect and analyze critical process and product dataCollaborate with management to prioritize improvement opportunitiesTechnical Standards & Change ManagementDefine and standardize equipment and work processesOwn the Change Management (CM) system for designated processesUpdate process control strategies and operating procedures as changes occurDirect and coach change management and validation processesProvide feedback to design on materials and product initiativesLead smart standardization deploymentCoaching, Training & Capability BuildingBuild and coach technical troubleshooting capability for process failuresLead and coach process benchmarking and reapplicationPrepare and deliver training on process and equipment changesShare and reapply learning across processes, modules, and plantsTrain and become proficient in all basic line team rolesDevelop self through corporate and external trainingFloor & Line SupportSpend 60–80% of time on the production floorParticipate in planned stops and changeovers as neededStandardize and improve changeovers and Clean-In-Place (CIP) activitiesCollaborate closely with frontline workers, site, and regional equipment/process ownersBecome the technical expert for a designated processSafety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to safety standards and regulations (WISE)Maintain compliance with all plant standards and proceduresPhysical DemandsFrequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawlingFrequent use of hands for handling tools, objects, or controlsAbility to lift 10–50 lbs regularly;
