What a Day Looks Like

You start your shift by reviewing safety topics with the team, then move to the packaging line to bring the equipment online. You verify settings, complete a quick product changeover on the filling equipment, and begin a production run. Throughout the day, you keep the flow moving—filling containers, packaging, and palletizing finished product with accuracy and speed. You operate mobile equipment as needed to stage materials and move pallets. Between runs, you handle cleaning and housekeeping tasks to keep the area audit-ready. Training modules and safety meetings are part of your regular rhythm, ensuring you stay current and compliant.

Role Summary

Operate packaging machinery to fill, package, and palletize product while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Run and monitor packaging machinery for efficient, quality production.
  • Execute product changeovers on filling equipment to meet schedule demands.
  • Fill containers, package units, and palletize finished product accurately.
  • Complete cleaning and sanitation duties to maintain line readiness.
  • Operate mobile equipment to move materials and finished goods.
  • Participate in safety meetings and complete all required training.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
