• Supervise comprehensive clinical care for an assigned caseload of patients, ensuring that each receives the highest quality support and intervention.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans, addressing both immediate concerns and long-term wellness goals.
• Provide engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions that are responsive to the specific emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs of your clients.
• Utilize your advanced expertise to assess risks and implement crisis intervention strategies effectively, assuring the safety and wellbeing of patients during challenging times.
• Prepare and maintain detailed treatment logs and documentation to track patient progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster holistic care approaches for patients, effectively liaising with other healthcare providers when necessary.
• Create and facilitate educational and support programs for both patients and their families to enhance understanding and coping mechanisms related to mental health challenges.

Our patient population includes individuals with various psychological needs, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, allowing for an enriching experience that emphasizes cultural competency and individual consideration. Your therapeutic approach will be guided by compassionate care, recognizing the different challenges each patient faces and adapting treatment plans accordingly.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

We seek candidates who possess a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, showcasing demonstrated proficiency in counseling methodologies and techniques. At South Pine Care Center, we value our team members and offer a competitive compensation package. Salaries for this position range between $90,000 and $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 and additional incentives of up to $2,000 based on state licensure. Our benefits package includes:
