The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience in complex technology environments, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, document progress and risks clearly, and keep initiatives moving forward in a highly visible, fast-paced environment. Experience supporting cybersecurity, cyber fusion, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled transformation efforts is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-visibility projects within the Cyber Fusion Center organization from initiation through delivery.
  • Organize project efforts across multiple stakeholders, teams, and workstreams to ensure timely execution and alignment.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action plans.
  • Prepare clear documentation, status updates, executive summaries, and presentation materials for both senior leadership and technical stakeholders.
  • Track risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies; escalate appropriately and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between security operations, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Support agentic and AI-enabled initiatives by managing delivery plans, stakeholder coordination, and implementation follow-through.
  • Facilitate meetings and working sessions to drive alignment, accountability, and next-step ownership.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting on status, accomplishments, risks, blockers, and upcoming milestones.
  • Ensure strong organization, documentation discipline, and visibility across all project activities.
  • Partner with technical teams to support execution planning, implementation coordination, and delivery readiness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in project governance, communication, and delivery practices.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or delivery leadership roles in technology or cybersecurity environments.
    • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
    • Strong ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive and technical audiences.
    • Strong documentation skills, including status reporting, executive summaries, meeting notes, and action tracking.
    • Demonstrated ability to organize work effectively, manage ambiguity, and drive execution in a high-visibility environment.
    • Familiarity with Cyber Fusion Center, cybersecurity operations, or related technical delivery environments.
    • Experience supporting AI-enabled, automation, or agentic initiatives is preferred.
    • Strong proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
    • Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability without direct authority.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting Cyber Fusion Center, cybersecurity transformation, or technology modernization efforts.
    • Exposure to AI, automation, or agentic workflow initiatives in an enterprise environment.
