JOB MISSION
In this role as Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver meaningful business outcomes and advance organizational strategy. This role is responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, programs, and business transformation initiatives using a best-fit delivery approach (Agile, hybrid, or traditional), while adapting to evolving priorities and business needs.
A key focus of this role is leading enterprise-scale transformation efforts, including global ERP implementations, technology modernization programs, and operational transformation initiatives that enable business growth and scalability. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a critical connector between business, product, and technology teams, helping bridge the gap between product-led and project-led technology organizations to ensure alignment from strategy through execution.
As a trusted partner to business, technology, product, and delivery teams, the Senior Project Manager fosters collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. As a senior member of the PMO, this role contributes to PMO standards, mentors other project managers, and proactively identifies opportunities to strengthen delivery effectiveness, governance, and operational maturity.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-functional projects, programs, or workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, timelines, scope, budget, and quality expectations.

  • Apply and tailor delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or traditional) to suit project needs while promoting agility and continuous improvement.

  • Establish and maintain clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and success metrics.

  • Proactively manage project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), including mitigation planning and timely escalation when required.

  • Facilitate project governance through structured status reporting, RAG indicators, milestone reviews, executive steering committees, and leadership updates.

  • Partner with business stakeholders, product, engineering, architecture, and technology teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements and execution plans.

  • Lead complex business transformation programs, including enterprise-wide and global ERP implementations, ensuring successful delivery across business functions, geographies, and technology platforms.

  • Serve as a strategic liaison between business, product, and technology teams, bridging the gap between product and project delivery organizations to drive alignment, transparency, and execution success.

  • Partner with Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align product roadmaps, project priorities, and organizational objectives.

  • Drive organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption activities associated with large-scale business transformation and technology initiatives.

  • Manage global stakeholder relationships, governance forums, and executive communications for highly visible, enterprise-wide programs.

  • Schedule and facilitate necessary meetings throughout all project phases; manage decisions and action items; monitor, track, and report project progress.

  • Work with external vendors and internal teams to plan and manage project activities, provide governance and oversight, and deliver status and other communications to Business, IT, Product, and Leadership stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, tools, governance frameworks, and ways of working across the PMO.

  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to project managers and project team members to elevate delivery excellence and project management maturity.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience in a relevant business or technology field.

  • Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, programs, or complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to work within Agile lifecycle tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or comparable solutions.

  • Experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives, including global ERP implementations, enterprise platform deployments, or digital transformation programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within both product-centric and project-centric technology organizations, aligning stakeholders and driving delivery outcomes.

  • Experience managing global, cross-functional programs involving multiple business units, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.

  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, influence, and organizational change management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, build trusted relationships, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and help teams achieve successful outcomes in complex environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience supporting or leading SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other enterprise ERP implementations.

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar project management certifications.

  • Experience working within retail, consumer products, supply chain, manufacturing, or global enterprise environments.

  • Knowledge of portfolio management, PMO governance frameworks, and enterprise transformation best practices.

  • Experience managing projects across globally distributed teams and multiple time zones.
