Job description

Introduction:
Serve as a Productivity Studio MW Technical Lead, responsible for driving end-to-end solution design, technical architecture, and value-based delivery of Low Code PP, as well as agentic and AI-enabled solutions across the Productivity Studio portfolio.

What you'll do:
1. Technical Architecture & Solution Leadership
  • Lead architecture and design of Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, and AI-driven solutions
  • Define scalable, secure, and compliant architectures aligned with enterprise governance
  • Evaluate and recommend best-fit technologies for prioritized use cases
  • Drive POCs, solution ideation, and architecture evolution to accelerate delivery

2. Productivity Studio Delivery Leadership
  • Own and manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Productivity Studio initiatives
  • Define and execute delivery plans, including risk, issue, and dependency management
  • Partner with Delivery Lead (you) to ensure alignment across timeline, scope, and financials
  • Ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices and SDLC standards

3. AI & Agentic Solution Enablement
  • Contribute to the evolution of agent-first delivery models and frameworks as part of Productivity Studio's frontier capabilities
  • Ensure solutions leverage enterprise intelligence, governance, and reusable accelerators

4. Value Engineering & Business Outcome Focus
  • Translate business requirements into high-value use cases and measurable outcomes
  • Support definition of business value, ROI, and success metrics for each engagement
  • Prioritize work based on business impact, complexity, and scalability

5. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Microsoft and Avanade stakeholders
  • Support pre-sales, deal shaping, and solutioning activities (as evidenced in prior architecture roles)
  • Lead technical discussions with client architects and business stakeholders
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, advisory)

6. Team Leadership & Capability Building
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams
  • Support onboarding and scaling of Productivity Studio pods
  • Promote reuse of assets, accelerators, and best practices
