Job Overview
Jackson Dawson seeks passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as a Curator at Genesis House and Genesis Studio in New York City. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a luxury automotive brand and introduce guests to Genesis' newest products and concepts.
This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a luxury automotive brand, introducing guests to modern luxury experiences in unique settings.
Key Details
  • Location: New York City (Meatpacking District and Hudson Yards)
  • Hourly Rate: $27.00 - $30.00, based on experience
  • Position Type: Non-sales, guest experience focused

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences at both Genesis House and Genesis Studio
  • Provide personalized, relationship-focused interactions with all guests
  • Represent the Genesis brand with trustworthiness, empathy, generosity, and kindness
  • Serve as a Genesis Ambassador, demonstrating excellent knowledge of the brand, products, and services
  • Acquire sales leads and promote demonstration drives
  • Guide guests through unique, memorable journeys at Genesis House and Studio
  • Assist with onsite events and prepare for guest arrivals
  • Develop guest relationships and maintain follow-up communication
  • Conduct demonstration drives of Genesis vehicles
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, exceptional experiences
  • Contribute to maintaining the visual display and cleanliness of experience centers

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive, hospitality, events, or guest experience roles
  • High School degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication abilities and adaptability
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
