What We’re Looking For:
  • A licensed Esthetician in Oregon (required).
  • Prior waxing or sugaring experience (required).
  • A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to delivering top-tier client care.
  • A natural leader who is excited to train, support, and uplift others.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead and train other Sugaristas on services, protocols, and product knowledge.
  • Set the tone for excellence in every client interaction — from warm greetings to expert service and personalized recommendations.
  • Encourage rebooking, membership sign-ups, and retail sales through authentic client education and trust-building.
  • Maintain a clean, professional treatment space that reflects our commitment to hygiene and comfort.
  • Provide aftercare guidance and support, especially for first-time clients or those with sensitive skin.
  • Collaborate with front desk and management to ensure seamless operations and a consistent client experience.
  • Stay up to date on promotions, packages, and products to confidently answer client questions.
  • Uphold all OR state esthetician license requirements and cleanliness standards.
