Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Wealth Planning: Conduct comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and retirement analysis tailored to high-net-worth individuals and families.

  • Business Development: Leverage firm-provided lead-gen channels, local networking, and advanced AI-driven prospecting tools to acquire new client relationships and expand your book of business.

  • Portfolio Management: Build and monitor risk-appropriate investment portfolios aligned with client goals and economic conditions.

  • Tech-Enabled Operations: Utilize state-of-the-art tech, including custom AI workflows—for meeting preparations, action-item tracking, CRM updates, and initial plan drafting.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a producing Financial Advisor.

  • Book / Production: Minimum of $25 million in AUM or $100,000+ in annual gross production.

  • Licensing & Credentials: Active Series 7 & 66 (or Series 65), state insurance licenses. CFP, ChFC, or related designations.

  • Tech-Forward Mindset: High adaptability to modern advisor technology, CRM platforms, digital planning software, and AI productivity tools.
