TheSr.Manager, Analytics & Modelingis responsible forleading advanced analytics and modeling capabilities that enable datadriven decisionmaking across commercial and operational functions. This role develops and applies analytical models, forecasts, and insights to support strategic planning, performance optimization, and business growth. The position partners closely with crossfunctional leaders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, making a direct impact on customer experience, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and application of analytics and modeling solutions to support strategic and operational decisionmaking.
  • Design andmaintainpredictive, financial, or operational models to assess performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear insights, recommendations, and executiveready reporting.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Digital teams to align analytics with business priorities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and trends to inform forecasting, planning, and optimization efforts.
  • Lead or support analyticsdriven initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and financial outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance and internal control standards.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, ora relatedfield.
  • Preferred: Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) with a quantitative focus.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 10-12years of progressive experience in analytics, modeling, business intelligence, or related functions.
  • Demonstrated experience developing analytical models and translating data into business insights.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience working with large data sets and analytics or reporting tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fastpaced, matrixed environment.

Preferred:
