SAIC is seeking a Modeling and Simulations Analyst to join our team in El Paso, Texas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Testing of simulations software in a standalone or distributed environment for proper functionality and real world accuracy
  • Plans and executes test cases or simulation software
  • Performs and analyzes Air and Missile Defense Designs, including air space management and threat analysis
  • Develops and manages tactical scenarios on current and future threats
  • Advises customers and users on capabilities and provide familiarization of the FFEADS systems

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelors and zero (0) years related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree

Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in Air Defense Operations
  • Experience in Defense Design and Planning
  • Familiar with Air Defense systems capabilities and limitations
  • Familiar with Air Defense threat analysis
  • Technical Simulation Support 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiar with software testing processes
  • Experience with Windows and Linux systems
  • Experience with Git

Clearance:

  • Candidate must have an active Secret clearance
