This role partners with cross-functional teams and customers to develop safe, scalable, and high-performance battery systems from concept through production

.Key Responsibilitie

  • sDefine BMS system architecture, requirements, and technical roadmaps
  • .Lead design and integration of hardware, embedded software, and battery systems
  • .Develop solutions for SOC, SOH, cell balancing, thermal management, diagnostics, and safety
  • .Collaborate with engineering, product management, suppliers, and customers
  • .Ensure compliance with functional safety and industry standards
  • .Support system validation, technical reviews, and customer engagements

.Qualification

  • sBachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Systems Engineering, or related field
