About the team:
The Contact Center Data Science team, part of the Member Insights organization, develops advanced statistical and machine learning models to enhance understanding and prediction of member behavior. The team focuses on optimizing Voicebot and Chatbot performance through data-driven experimentation and behavioral analysis. It also creates dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, enabling detailed tracking and operational insight across contact center workflows.
