    The Server Assistant/Marketing Model at XS Nightclub is responsible for supporting Model Cocktail Servers and VIP Service teams in delivering exceptional Forbes Five-Star guest experiences. This position plays an integral role in maintaining premium table service operations by assisting with bottle presentations, beverage setup, table maintenance, stock replenishment, and guest service support in a fast-paced luxury nightlife environment.

    The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, professional presentation, and the ability to anticipate the needs of both guests and service team members. Model Server Assistants are expected to represent the Wynn and XS brands through professionalism, poise, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

    Essential Job Responsibilities

    • Assist Model Cocktail Servers with VIP table and bottle service operations throughout the nightclub.
    • Support the setup, presentation, and delivery of premium spirits, champagne, mixers, garnishes, and service supplies.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service stations, bars, storage areas, and guest seating areas.
    • Ensure all VIP tables are properly prepared before guest arrival, including glassware, mixers, garnishes, napkins, and presentation materials.
    • Perform table maintenance by clearing empty bottles, glassware, and service items promptly and discreetly.
    • Replenish beverage inventory, supplies, ice, and operational materials throughout the shift.
    • Assist with large-format bottle presentations, celebrations, and special event activations.
    • Maintain awareness of guest needs and communicate requests to Model Servers and management promptly.
    • Transport product and supplies safely throughout the venue.
    • Support opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of nightclub layouts, VIP seating configurations, beverage offerings, and service standards.
    • Follow all responsible alcohol service practices and notify management of any guest concerns or safety issues.
    • Work collaboratively with Model Servers, Bartenders, Barbacks, Hosts, Security Officers, and Management to ensure seamless operations.
    • Maintain compliance with all Wynn Resorts policies, Clark County regulations, and Nevada liquor laws.
    • Attend all required departmental meetings, training sessions, and pre-shift briefings.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a nightclub, lounge, restaurant, dayclub, hospitality, or high-volume food and beverage environment.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain all required work cards to include Alcohol Awareness, Health Card, Nevada gaming registration, and any licensing required for the position.
    • Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced nightlife environment.
    • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented operation.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Availability to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
    • Must actively support venue marketing initiatives, including promoting upcoming events, special events and nightclub programming as directed by management
    • Must assist with guest list development by inviting qualified guests, encouraging attendance and supporting approved guest list procedures
    • Must maintain an active and professional social media presence that aligns with company standards and supports venue marketing goals
    • Must post, share or engage with approved venue content, event announcements and promotional materials as requested by management
    • Must participate in approved marketing events, promotional appearances, networking opportunities and venue-related activations when scheduled
    • Must represent XS Nightclub professionally both on property and off property while supporting brand awareness, guest engagement and event promotion

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous nightclub, dayclub, VIP hospitality, bottle service, bus person, food runner, or server assistant experience preferred.
    • Luxury hospitality or Forbes Five-Star service experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of spirits, champagne, cocktails, and nightclub beverage service standards.
    • Multilingual abilities preferred.

    Physical Requirements

    • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 10 hours per shift.
    • Frequently lift, carry, push, and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to move quickly and safely throughout a crowded nightclub environment.
    • Must be able to bend, kneel, reach, twist, climb stairs, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
    • Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment with flashing lights, music, and large crowds.
    • Must be comfortable working both indoor and outdoor venue areas when business needs require.
    • Ability to work in a smoking environment where permitted by law.
