Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Sr. Replenishment Analyst with our Supply Chain team.

Responsibilities

The Senior Replenishment Analyst is a senior-level role that leads business integration, technology, and planning specifically related to auto replenishment, inventory planning, and aggregating forecasts. This position serves as a senior point of contact with customer replenishment teams, mentors junior analysts, and drives continuous improvement in store/club in-stocks, forecast accuracy, and retailer scorecard performance. The Senior Replenishment Analyst partners closely with the Replenishment Manager, demand planning, sales, and customer (Walmart/Sam's Club) teams to deliver best-in-class supply chain results.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive sales growth through execution and oversight of in-stock performance at store/club and customer DC level.
  • Lead the development of forecast reasonableness factors based on demand history including sell-through and shipment data.
  • Own and continually evaluate performance against the retailer scorecard; drive corrective action plans where needed.
  • Ensure best-in-class forecast methods and tools are employed; champion process improvements across the team.
  • Partner with Walmart/Sam's Club Replenishment Managers on seasonal strategies, modular resets, and promotional planning to maximize sales and in-stocks during seasonal periods.
  • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and develop statistical forecast models at the brand/SKU level using the best tools and information available.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, demand planning, supply planning, customer service, and transportation.
  • Mentor and provide guidance/training to Replenishment Analysts; serve as subject matter expert on Retail Link, NOVA, Madrid, and other customer systems.
  • Lead ad-hoc projects and represent the team in customer-facing meetings.
  • Perform all duties of a customer logistics analyst.
Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within the retail account.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working within replenishment.
  • Advanced computer competency, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query).

Icing on the Cake

  • Prior Walmart/Sam's Club experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Retail Link, NOVA, Madrid, GRS, or comparable retailer systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and influencing without authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership.
  • Decisive and proactive problem solver.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor peers.
  • Collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
