Job description

We are seeking a BE/BC OBGYN Physician to join a well-established practice in northwest Indiana, offering a high-volume, collaborative environment with strong physician and advanced practice provider support.

Position Highlights:

  • Established OB/GYN practice with strong physician and APP collaboration
  • Full-time, flexible schedule supporting work-life balance
  • Shared call rotation among 7 physicians
  • Average volume: 20–25 outpatient visits/day and 6–7 deliveries/month
  • Access to Level III NICU, onsite MFM, ultrasound, and lactation support
  • Opportunity for robotic surgery (Da Vinci preferred)
  • Experienced clinical and administrative support team


Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based care model
  • Interest in building long-term relationships within the community
  • Proficiency in Da Vinci Robotic surgeries is preferred
