Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance including preventive, predictive, and corrective work across highly automated production equipment
  • Execute all assigned planned preventive maintenance schedules at the defined frequency and to the required standard
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues using root cause problem solving and 5 Why analysis
  • Coach and support operators in autonomous maintenance tasks and machine setup optimization
  • Support capital projects including installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment
  • Maintain accurate records using SAP for work orders, reporting, and completion documentation
  • Participate in shift startup meetings, short interval control documentation, and weekly asset care review meetings
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and line improvement projects
  • Enforce health and safety, environmental, and food safety standards at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in alignment with 5S practices
  • Proactively identify issues and bring solutions to the team before problems escalate
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; AAS or completion of a recognized apprenticeship, or technical certification is preferred
  • 5 or more years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong multi-craft background with both electrical and mechanical skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently and drive root cause problem solving
  • Comfortable working in a 24/7 operation across rotating shifts including nights
  • Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to coach and mentor others
  • Proactive, safety-first mindset with the character to hold standards even under pressure
  • Continuous improvement oriented with a positive and flexible approach to change
Compensation and Benefits
  • $35.00 to $45.00 per hour depending on experience
