Responsabilites principales :

  • Gestion des operations quotidiennes de la boutique Lindt Responsable de generer et stimuler les ventes corporatives Promouvoir les valeurs d'un service a la clientele exemplaire en modelisant les comportements et en etablissant des lignes directrices appropriees Surveiller quotidiennement les ventes et les couts de main-d'uvre afin de maximiser la rentabilite du magasin sans compromettre le service a la clientele Recrutement, entrevues et embauche des associes aux ventes Supervision des employes du magasin afin de maximiser le service a la clientele, les ventes et les profits Formation des techniques de vente et des connaissances produits Commande en temps opportun des marchandises et fournitures, avec un focus sur la gestion globale des stocks et la prevention des pertes Conciliation quotidienne de la caisse avec les recus de ventes, gestion des documents quotidiens, comptabilite, paie et autres taches administratives Developper et utiliser une connaissance complete des produits et des informations de vente, avec un focus constant sur l'atteinte des objectifs de ventes tout en controlant les depenses Gestion continue de la performance des employes, participation a la preparation et a la livraison des evaluations de performance Maintenir la presentation visuelle du magasin selon les standards de l'entreprise Maintenir des normes elevees de proprete et de securite alimentaire/des produits Gestion de la caisse, commandes d'inventaire et autres taches administratives liees au commerce de detail

Qualifications :

  • Excellentes competences en service a la clientele Formation postsecondaire preferee Axe(e) sur les ventes, capable de developper les affaires 2 a 5 ans d'experience en gestion de commerce de detail Bonne gestion du temps Excellentes habiletes de communication orale et ecrite (francais et anglais) Experience prealable en marchandisage ou presentation visuelle Antecedents demontrant une capacite a depasser les attentes en service a la clientele Talent pour la vente Passion pour le chocolat !

Currently, we are actively seeking a Store Manager for our client, Lindt Canada, in the Gatineau location. The ideal candidate must possess a passion for excellence in Customer Service, Sales, and Merchandising

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the daily operations of Lindt Retail Boutique
  • Responsible for generating and driving corporate sales  
  • Uphold the values of exemplary customer service through modeling of behaviour and establishing appropriate guidelines 
  • Monitor sales and labour issues on a daily basis with a goal to maximize store profitability without sacrificing customer service
  • Recruitment, interviewing and hiring of Retail Sales Associates
  • Supervision of store employees to maximize customer service, sales and profit
  • Training of sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Timely ordering of merchandise and supplies with focus on overall inventory management and loss prevention
  • Daily reconciling of cash with sales receipts, daily paperwork and accounting, payroll and other store administration
  • Develop and utilize full knowledge of all products and sales information with a constant focus on achieving sales goals while controlling expenses
  • On-going performance management of staff, assist in the preparation and delivery of employee performance reviews
  • Maintain store merchandising presentation to company standards
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness and food/product safety
  • Cash handling, inventory ordering and related retail administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Post secondary education preferred
  • Sales oriented, able to develop/build business
  • 2-5 years of retail management experience
  • Good time management habits
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities (French and English)
  • Previous experience in a merchandising or presentation capacity
  • A history of going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service
  • A talent for sales and selling
  • A passion for chocolate!
