What You'll Do:

As an Entrepreneurial Agency Owner, you will:

• Own and operate your own AAA-branded insurance agency
• Build and grow a profitable book of business

• Sell and service a broad portfolio of insurance and membership products
• Create business development and marketing strategies within your community
• Deliver exceptional customer service while expanding your agency

Qualifications:

Preferred

• Life & Health Insurance License

Licenses are preferred but not required at the time of application. Candidates must be willing to obtain required licenses at their own expense prior to agency launch.

Requirements:

To qualify, candidates must:

• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen
• Complete a business plan and cash-flow analysis with AAA guidance
• Successfully complete the required 4-week virtual training program
• Secure an approved AAA-branded office location
• Provide proof of at least $75,000 in investable capital available for their business
• Pass criminal background, credit, and financial reviews
• Meet all AAA agency ownership requirements
