Job description

Parts Specialist - Fleet Operations (On-Site)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time (30+ hours/week)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime available)

You'll play a key role in fleet expansion by ensuring all parts and materials are properly tracked, organized, and ready for vehicle builds.
What You'll Do
โ€ข Work closely with managers, technicians, and engineers to support vehicle builds
โ€ข Track and manage parts inventory across multiple locations
โ€ข Perform Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) following engineering guidelines
โ€ข Identify and escalate part shortages or build blockers early
โ€ข Organize inventory and prepare build kits using detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs)
What We're Looking For
โ€ข Highly organized and detail-oriented
โ€ข Strong communication skills
โ€ข Able to work independently with minimal supervision
โ€ข Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
โ€ข Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
