Job Summary:
Hippocratic AI is the leading generative AI company in healthcare, seeking an Agent Deployment Architect to enhance healthcare delivery through innovative AI solutions. The role involves acting as a technical lead for client engagements, ensuring effective deployment and customization of the company's LLM in real-world healthcare settings.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a technical lead on client engagements, guiding end-to-end solution deployment and customization.
• Act as the bridge between our engineering team and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations.
• Rapidly prototype integrations, build internal tooling, and configure systems to meet client needs.
• Own the technical deployment lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Partner cross-functionally with product and clinical teams to surface insights and inform the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical roles involving customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering.
• Deep experience integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena), CRMs, or population health platforms.
